Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are:

• Unused

• In original, unopened packaging

• In resalable condition

To request a return, please contact us at orders@strivefuel.com.au with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
